Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use wideview.si. Use of the WideView platform is covered by a separate customer agreement, which controls if the two differ.

Draft for legal review. Last updated October 26, 2026.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept them for that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about WideView, book a demo and apply for jobs. Please don't:

  • Try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or our systems. Security research is welcome under the vulnerability policy on our Security page.
  • Scrape or copy content or data at scale, or use the site to train AI models.
  • Send false information, malware or spam through our forms.
  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights.

Our content

The WideView name, logo, text, images, 3D views and code on this site belong to WideView SuperIntelligence Labs or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.

Other companies' names and content

Product names and logos in our connector list belong to their owners and appear only to show what WideView connects to. Showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse WideView. Integrations shown are live or in development. Some 3D equipment comes from NVIDIA SimReady under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.

Illustrations

Footage, 3D views and numbers on this site show how the product works. Sites and readings are examples, not customer data, and results at your sites depend on your systems and data.

Links

We link to sites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Ideas you send us

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the site is professional, engineering or safety advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WideView and its people aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover WideView's reasonable costs from the claims that result, including legal fees.

Law and disputes

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before going to court, each side tries to resolve a dispute informally for 30 days after writing to the other. After that, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, and both sides accept their jurisdiction.

Changes and access

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site.

The rest

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement about the site.
