Privacy Policy

What personal information WideView collects through this website and its forms, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Draft for legal review. Last updated October 26, 2026.

Who we are

WideView SuperIntelligence Labs ("WideView", "we", "us") runs wideview.si. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@wideview.si.

What this covers

This website, demo requests and job applications. Data that customers connect to the WideView platform is covered by each customer's agreement with us. There we act as the customer's service provider (a processor) and use the data only on the customer's instructions.

What we collect

  • Business contact details you give us to book a demo: name, work email, company, industry and number of sites.
  • Application details you give us when you apply for a job: name, email, the area you're interested in, links, your resume and any note.
  • Technical details your browser sends when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the time of the visit, kept in server logs.
  • We don't ask for sensitive personal information on this site, and we don't use advertising cookies or third party trackers.

How we use it

  • To answer you and set up your demo: steps you asked for, and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries.
  • To review job applications: steps before a possible employment contract.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems: our legitimate interest.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping records the law requires.
  • We don't make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run the site and our tools, such as hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase) and email, under contracts that limit their use of it to serving us.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and security.
  • A buyer or successor if WideView is part of a merger or sale, with this policy still applying to your information.

The 3D views load their code from jsDelivr, a public content network, which sees your IP address the way any website you visit does. Fonts and everything else come from our own servers.

How long we keep it

  • Demo requests: while we're in contact, and up to two years after the last contact.
  • Job applications: up to two years, so we can consider you for later roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days, longer only to investigate a security incident.

How we protect it

Encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to the people who need it, and logs of that access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, and to stop any marketing email. Depending on where you live, the law gives you more:

  • California (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA): the rights to know, delete and correct, to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit use of sensitive information (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for using your rights.
  • Other US states with privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon: similar rights, including the right to appeal our answer to your request.
  • The European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR): the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority.

To use a right, write to privacy@wideview.si. We confirm we received it within 10 business days and answer within 45 days (30 days under the GDPR), or tell you why we need more time. We may need to verify your identity, and you can use an authorized agent.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We don't sell or share personal information, so the signal confirms the choice we already make for everyone.

International transfers

WideView is based in the United States and keeps this site's data there. When personal information comes from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we use safeguards the law recognizes, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Job applicants in California

If you apply from California, this section is your notice at collection: we collect the application details above to evaluate you for a role, keep them for up to two years, and don't sell or share them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we say so on this page before it takes effect.
